Return Policy: If you receive goods that are damaged in shipping or have a manufacturing defect, you can return it to Schpleee for a full refund. No return will be accepted without a RMA number issued by Schpleee Technologies Inc., so please follow these steps to get one:

1) Contact Us at Admin@schpleee.com or 641-693-3054. We will reply within 24 hrs.
2) You will be issued a RMA number to identify your return package.
3) Please print out the RMA number and include it INSIDE the package you are returning
4) Please also print the RMA number on the outside of the package that you are shipping to us.
5) Your refund will be processed as soon as the package is received and verifed.
